Coins of Mughal Empire
Farrukhsiyar, Azamnagar Sawnoor Mint, Silver, Rupee, mint name at centre on rev. RY 6. The coin has word Sanah placed BETWEEN La and Sa of Julus on rev. Another feature of this coin is that the word Nagar of Azamnagar is written twice, first in the central line with Azam and secondly in the bottom line on rev. Issued by the Nawabs of Sawanoor, and probably by the Nawab Abdul Rauf Diler Khan (AD 1687-1720). Extremely Fine+, Rare.
