Pre-Historic Money, Early-Historic Age (c. 1000-500 BC), Gold, 1.00 g, a set of four concentric circles placed in the shape of letter S, with a solid dot in the centre. A loop to hang around placed in the top-centre on reverse. Such kind of pieces of jewellery were used as money in the pre-coinage era in northern India. This particular money-piece was found in western India. Extremely Fine, Rare piece of history.
