Ancient Hindu-Shiva Kadaa Bracelet, c. 9th-10th centuries AD, Copper, 67.43 g. This ancient male Bracelet called Kadaa is ornate with Punch-Mukhi (Five-Headed) Shiva Linga with four Shiva Heads in four directions and the fifth at the top. The central Shiva Lings is placed at the top with Nandi Bull facing it, and Lord Ganesh Ganapati seated on a throne on the other side of the Shiva Linga. The side of the Kadaa is ornate with various forms of Lord Ganesh, Goddess Kali and other deities, Foot Prints, any many more Shiva Lingas placed on the edges of both the sides. A highly intricate bracelet with all the Shaiva figurines and deities. Cleaned, heavily used and a very important piece of central India history. An amazing piece of ancient workmanship. Hardly seen such a piece of religious art in recent times. Great Rarity.
